Ingredients for 6-8 people: 6 bananas 2 spoonfuls of sugar 2 eggs 2 spoonfuls of flour 1 glass of anis 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon Honey and oil

Preparation
Peel the bananas and place them in a saucepan. Next, pour boiling water over them. Leave them like this for about 2 or 3 minutes, then drain. Afterwards, place in a bowl, grind and add the sugar, flour, cinnamon, anis and the beaten eggs. Mix together well and add spoonfuls to the hot oil and fry until golden.
