Ulpiano Checa Municipal Museum

It has thematic rooms dedicated to the painter and sculptor from Colmenar de Oreja (Madrid).

The museum is dedicated to the artist, who was born in the 19th century in the same town where it is located. The 20-metre squared canvas Last Days of Pompeii is worth particular mention. The centre also has several rooms dedicated to other artists from the municipality.
