Magistral Cathedral of Santos Niños Justo y Pastor of Alcalá de Henares

The church was built on the site where the children from Alcalá, Justo and Pastor, were supposedly martyred. The building was an old collegiate church rebuilt by Cardinal Cisneros. It has three naves and an ambulatory. The central nave is covered by tiercerons and the side ones by ribbed vaults. The main façade's frontispiece is in flamboyant Gothic style, with a depressed arch and tympanum decorated with the shields of the Church and Cisneros, and an image of San Ildefonso. The incorrupt body of Saint Diego de Alcalá is located on the High Altar.
