Casa de las Campanas
The house of the seven twists.
It is located in the Santiago neighbourhood and was the ancestral home of Don Pedro de Montemayor. It must have been a great house, although only the façade remains as a vestige of its grandeur.
The facade is the most outstanding part of the house. It has multi-lobed arches and beautiful Mudéjar craftsmanship. The arches rest on columns with decorated capitals. The facade has a magnificent pediment. It is one of the few examples of a Cordoban Mudejar style home. The original ceiling is preserved inside.
