A tribute to this great sculptor
The museum aims to help visitors learn more about contemporary creation through sculpture.
The museum exhibits a huge collection of the artist from Aragon, Pablo Serrano, and has catalogued 1,550 of his creations, including sculptures, drawings, prints and collages. Through a selection of these pieces, the visitor will understand Serrano's creative evolution and his message: Man and his roots. The museum also houses an important collection of works by Juana Francés, the artist's wife; a collection of graphic art and numerous collections by other Aragonese, Spanish and international creators. From the outside, the museum is also extremely striking, the result of the vertical extension of the original industrial building, which stands out with its powerful geometric volumes and dark metal sheets.
